1. Which country do you ship?

We ship to almost every country. There will be a list of courier available to you with different estimation of delivery time. Please note that those are estimation only and by no means a guarantee.

2. Product warranty

If any part is missing or malfunctioning, please contact us at support@robocarstore.com within 7 days of receipt and we’ll arrange reship or exchange to you.

3. Refund

You can request a refund within 14 days after your purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not refund the shipping fee you paid and you have to pay for the shipping to return the product.
