Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries. Available couriers and estimated delivery times depend on the product and destination. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
What is the product warranty?
If a part is missing or malfunctioning, contact support@robocarstore.com within 7 days of receipt. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or exchange when applicable.
Can I request a refund?
You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your purchase. The item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. Original and return shipping costs are not refundable.
Are prices final?
Product prices shown on this website are in HKD and exclude shipping. Taxes, duties and product availability are confirmed separately.
